A flower is engaged today.

A tribute to an old friend who kept me sane during the worst period of my life. By reading volumes upon volumes of my most bilious and venomous rants. Tales of cadaver fun with a hacksaw, descriptions of how a scapel slices across the metaphysis of a still-born babe, etc.

Mad and gory tales. But I never drew a complaint.

Although no panacea on this plane can save me from my spiraling insanity, this friendship did draw out the bitter poisons.
