I’m watching YouTubes of kittens. Cos I’m mad at people that I can’t pummel into neutrino-sized pieces of shit. And watching kittens help drain the fury and blood from the homocidal centres of my limbic system.

Some vendors are so OBVIOUSLY not going to make their deadline. And I’m wondering what else they’re busy with everyday, that they can’t find the time to drop by and discuss their issues AT REGULAR WORK HOURS!! When my time is actually COMPENSATED by my salary.

I’ll never leave this world wondering, “What if I had spent more time at the office?” And CERTAINLY NOT on a day when I’ve made plans to eat hedgehog-shaped DimSum at Oriental Spoon!! Making me give up RM18.80 DimSum BUFFET cos somebody can’t adjust the meeting a few hours earlier cos THEY already GOT SOMETHING PLANNED ?! What about MY PLANS, you neutrino-shits?!

I’m already highly sceptical about the ERP project that they’re doing for the company. If I were playing the game, I should be distancing myself from the project and not be tainted with its eventual failure. But there’s no one else that can be involved in this. So the best I can do is to avoid getting blamed for missing out on discussions when everyone has to “gear up to contribute these few weekends for ERP project successful launch”.

First alarm bell was when I heard “Agile Programming”. Well, if that’s all it takes to impress people, I can make up things like Database Constitution, Network Charisma, and GUI Hit Points. Pffffftt!

Ready made system? Weeks from ‘launch’ and the thing is still so buggy that they can’t even organise training materials the night before the training.

Bah.

Back to some more LOL Cats while I speculate about all the things I can do with my Saturday mornings that I can’t do at any other time.

- see a mechanic to install my electronic distributor
- pick up my registered mail from the post-office

Any number things I can do, rather than to go for a ‘training’ that’s a thinly veiled session of requirements gathering that they were supposed to do at the BEGINNING of the project.

I need more LOLCats.
